In addition to Florida, I consult Internationally in different countries providing Coaching and Hypnosis services for clients. So, any reference to Hypnotherapy or mention of any therapeutic problems or services on this website is only available to clients outside of the United States, it is not applicable or available to clients in Florida.

While consulting in Florida for Coaching of any type or using Hypnosis it is for nontherapeutic problems and all Florida laws pertaining to Hypnosis are followed without exception. In Florida when consulting I do not use hypnosis for any therapeutic reasons.

While consulting in Florida, any statements made on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure nor prevent any disease or illness and I do not diagnose, treat or cure any ill ness or disease, either physical or mental illness. When dealing with any physical and or mental illness or disease, always consult with a qualified Physician or Therapist. Hypnosis has many beneficial effects, but it is not a substitute for medical attention.

Unless with a referral from a licensed practitioner of the healing arts per Florida Statutes Section 485, I do not work on pain or diagnosed mental or physical conditions. If you are under the care of a medical professional for any condition for which you are seeking hypnosis support, please obtain a written referral from your provider prior to engaging me. All referrals will be verified prior to starting any program with me.
